Leading Light Collective is a female led arts organisation, providing accessible opportunities to underrepresented communities to support personal and professional growth.

Leading Light Collective produced three productions for Bath Fringe Festival 2017 – GIRLS LIKE THAT by Evan Placey; Heartbeat, a new musical by Ryan Mellish; and Memories We Lost in the Fire, written by Belinda Clarke. In 2018, the collective proceeded to develop Memories We Lost in the Fire, touring around London venues such as Battersea Arts Centre and Cockpit Theatre. Finally finishing the tour in Dublin taking part in the International Dublin Gay Theatre Festival 2018 where it was awarded by the festival for Best New Writing.

Since then, the company has produced a number of networking events; Network and Chill: Birthday Party; Network and Chill: We Can Do Both; Network and Chill: How To Build a Theatre Company and What Leads Your Light x Mind Over Matter. During 2020, Leading Light Collective developed their art online, producing workshops in confidence growth, company management and finally finishing the year with the digital series, Dear Mother Nature in collaboration with Ditch the Rag Charity.
